Tonio Armani Performs "Money (That's What I Want)" Live | Still Lounge
Ernie Barnes’ Sugar Shack, one of the most iconic paintings in pop culture, has lived many lives. From the end credits of ‘Good Times’, and Marvin Gaye’s “I Want You” cover art, to inspiring the poster for the 2025 Academy Award–nominated film ‘Sinners.’ Rooted in the cultural legacy of this 1976 masterpiece and the renewed love for 1960s in-house band studio sessions, we introduce the Still Lounge: an intimate space where artists deliver soulful performances under the musical direction of Anderson .Paak and the direction of Fatima Robinson, recorded live at the historic Henson Studios in Los Angeles. We bring you Columbus, Georgia’s own Tonio Armani, with a voice that’s lived-in, not manufactured. He steps into the Still Lounge to deliver his rendition of Barrett Strong’s “Money (That’s What I Want).” Credits: Anderson .Paak and Tonio Armani "Money (That's What I Want)" Director - Fatima Robinson Musical Director - Anderson .Paak Producer - John Winter Executive Producers - Jimmy Iovine, Fatima Robinson, Anderson .Paak and John Winter Director of Photography - Giles Dunning Production Designer - Hugh Zeigler Editor & Online - Bill Yukich Sound Engineer & Mixer - Jhair “Jha” Lazo Colorist - Beau Leon Wardrobe Stylist - Binkie Reevey Supervising Producer - Christine Miller Production Coordinator - Michelle DeSamper 1st Assistant Director - Dawn Bridgewater 2nd Assistant Director - David Moore Casting Director - Anissa Williams Guest Vocalists - Deanna Brown, Johanna Rose, Lady Stout and Tonio Armani Bass Guitar - Kelsey Gonzalez Keys - Ron “T.nava” Avant Guitar - Jose Rios Trumpet/Horn - Maurice Brown Tenor Sax - Chelsea Baratz Trombone - Saunders Sermons Backup Vocalists - Alana Linsey, Alayna Rodgers Choreographer - Adrian Wiltshire Assistant Choreographer - Tia Rivera Dancers - Jeremy “JT” Taylor, Darryl Keith, Raphael Thomas, Michael Trey, Lisa Sainvil, Amadi Akilah Oubichon, Brianna Pavon, Jhana Waddell, Jason Facey, Tango Leadaz, David "The Crown" Stalter Jr., Erique Mitchell, Yoe Apolinario, Sheopatra, Monique Watson and Toyin Sogunro Freestyle Dancers, Sara Ito, Cedric "Thane" Sanders, Xuly Williams Camera Operators - John Veleta, Sam Omelia and Andrew Poland 1st Assistant Cameras - Lorenzo Porras andJordan Martin 2nd Assistant Camera - Andrew Porras Digital Imaging Technician - Scott Beckley Behind The Scenes - Jesse Lee Gaffer - Skott "Gucci Gaffer" Khuu Key Grip - Hayden Grissom Best Boys - John Lee, Brandon Diaz Dolly Grip - Dylan Whiddon Set Lighting Technicians - Amber Jones, Kevin Garrad and David Goold Swing - Dennis Pires Additional Sound Mixer - Mike Beliveau Instrument Tech - Erick “Eboogie” Rosales Anderson .Paak Drum Tech - Kyle Dustin Rodgers Leadperson - Max Duck Set Dresser - Jonah Porter Steeldecks - Luis Ventura and Angel Valencia Key Makeup - Bobbie Riley Makeup Artist - ShaDara Holmes Anderson .Paak Makeup - Jenn Hanching Key Hair - Helena Jaye Hair Stylist - Victoria Robinson Anderson .Paak Barber - Dane C Diego Assistant Stylists - Sheena Burch, Neishea Lemle, Griff Jarrett and Rashad Corey Anderson .Paak Assistant - Kasey Tovar Studio Teacher - Jill Kimmell Craft Services - Rose Kennedy Office Production Assistant - Shelby Campbell Truck Production Assistant - Raymond Harper Talent Driver Production Assistant - Paul Sigwerth Production Assistants - Erick Sanchez, Robert Washington Production Company - Whatever Pictures Filmed At - Chaplin Recording Studios
